A New Rewards Experience Is Coming

A New Rewards Experience Is Coming

March 5, 2026

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for being a valued member of the W Optics Rewards Programme.

We would like to inform you that the W Optics Rewards Programme will be ceasing, as we recalibrate a new, more seamless rewards programme designed to enhance your overall experience with us.

While we work on this upgrade, we want to ensure that you continue to enjoy the rewards you have already earned—now with even greater value.

Important Notes

  • Issuance of rewards points will cease on 19 February 2026.

  • Any receipts submitted after 19 February 2026 will no longer be eligible for rewards points issuance.

  • Rewards points are to be redeemed in-store only and applied on the spot during your purchase.

  • Unused points will expire after 31 December 2026 and will no longer be valid thereafter.

  • Should you have any feedback, please email us at contactus@woptics.sg or WhatsApp us at 85227799 with your name and query.

Enhanced Rewards Points Redemption
