1) Both pairs must be purchased together.
2) Prescriptions must be identical for both pairs – strictly no substitutions.
3) The second complimentary pair must be of the same or lower lens design as the first pair, with the same lens index.
4) The second pair must be the same brand as the first pair. E.g. First pair can be KODAK Unique Infinite Lenses, second free pair can be KODAK EvoCity Lenses.
