By participating in the W Optics K-POP Vision Experience Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”), participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Organiser
1.1 The Lucky Draw is organised by W Optics Pte. Ltd. (“W Optics” or the “Organiser”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Lucky Draw is open to customers who are Singapore residents during the Campaign Period.
2.2 Employees of W Optics, its affiliated companies, participating partners, agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.3 W Optics reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and may disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Lucky Draw Entry Period
3.1 The Lucky Draw Entry Period will run from 1 Sep 2026 to 15 Nov 2026, both dates inclusive.
3.2 All qualifying purchases must be made within the Lucky Draw Entry Period to qualify for the Lucky Draw.
4. How to Qualify
4.1 To qualify for one Lucky Draw entry, participants must:
- Purchase one frame together with any lenses from any participating W Optics store during the Lucky Draw Entry Period. The frame’s default lenses do not qualify; and

Eligible purchases will be automatically entered into the Lucky Draw. No separate entry submission is required.
4.2 Each qualifying transaction is entitled to one (1) Lucky Draw entry, regardless of the total purchase value.
4.3 Participants may receive four (4) additional Lucky Draw entries for each qualifying transaction by:
- Posting a photo or video of themselves wearing their purchased eyewear on their Instagram profile grid during the Campaign Period;
- Tagging @woptics in the Instagram post;
- Maintaining a public Instagram account so that W Optics can verify the post; and
- Scanning the designated QR code and submitting the required information, including the Instagram post, through the Lucky Draw entry form.
4.4 Each qualifying transaction may receive a maximum of four (4) additional Lucky Draw entries through the Instagram posting mechanic mentioned in 4.3, for a maximum of five (5) Lucky Draw entries per qualifying transaction.
4.5 The Instagram post must be available on the participant’s public Instagram profile grid at the time of verification. W Optics reserves the right to reject any Instagram submission that cannot be verified, does not meet the requirements above, or has been deleted, archived or made unavailable.
4.6 Each participant may participate multiple times during the Lucky Draw Entry Period, provided that each entry is supported by a separate qualifying transaction.
4.7 Purchases of contact lenses, accessories, sunglasses, repairs, services, cash vouchers, or other non-qualifying purchases do not qualify for the Lucky Draw.
4.8 W Optics reserves the right to determine whether a purchase, Lucky Draw entry or Instagram submission qualifies for the Lucky Draw.
4.9 Cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or voided transactions will not qualify. If a qualifying transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or voided after an entry has been submitted, W Optics reserves the right to invalidate all corresponding entries, including any additional entries awarded through the Instagram posting mechanic.
5. Lucky Draw Prize
5.1 Two (2) winners will be selected from all eligible Lucky Draw entries received during the Lucky Draw Entry Period.
5.2 The winner will receive:
- Two (2) VIP STANDING concert tickets to the K-pop artist’s Singapore concert, comprising one ticket for the winner and one ticket for a friend.
- K-pop artist’s Singapore concert: BABYMONSTER WORLD TOUR [춤 (CHOOM)]
- Show Date: 29 Nov 2026 (Sun), 6pm
5.3 Tickets will be available for collection on the show date at the venue. Details on prize collection will be provided via email to the winners only.
5.4 The concert tickets are subject to the ticketing terms and conditions of the relevant concert organiser, venue and ticketing platform.
5.5 W Optics does not guarantee the availability of any specific seat, section, concert date, artist appearance, venue arrangement or other event detail unless expressly stated in the prize description.
5.6 The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold. W Optics reserves the right to prohibit or invalidate any attempted resale or commercial transfer of the prizes.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 The two (2) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible Lucky Draw entries received during the Lucky Draw Entry Period. Each eligible Lucky Draw entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
6.2 The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 23 Nov 2026 at 219 Henderson Road, #11-01/02, W Optics HQ Office.
6.3 The draw will be conducted under the supervision of W Optics management team.
6.4 A participant may only win one (1) prize in the Lucky Draw.
6.5 The decision of W Optics in relation to the Lucky Draw and winner selection shall be final, subject to applicable law.
7. Notification of Winner
7.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
7.2 The winner may be contacted via phone, WhatsApp, email or any other contact details provided at the time of purchase.
7.3 The winner must respond within [3] calendar days from the date of notification.
7.4 The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of the qualifying purchase before the prize is released.
7.5 If the winner fails to respond within the stated period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to provide the required verification, W Optics reserves the right to conduct a further draw to select an alternative winner.
8. Concert Ticket Conditions
8.1 The winner is responsible for ensuring that both the winner and their accompanying guest are available to attend the concert on the scheduled date and at the designated venue.
8.2 The accompanying guest must comply with all applicable concert, venue and ticketing requirements, including any age, identification or entry requirements.
8.3 For BABYMONSTER WORLD TOUR [춤 (CHOOM)] in Singapore, attendees below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 years or above. The accompanying parent or legal guardian must hold a valid ticket, remain with the child throughout the event, and be responsible for the child’s safety.
Please note that entry to the Standing Pen is not permitted for children below 12 years old by date of birth; or individuals below 1.2 metres in height.
All attendees must comply with the concert organiser’s and venue’s prevailing terms and conditions.
8.4 W Optics is not responsible for any costs incurred by the winner or their guest in connection with attending the concert, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, meals, personal expenses or other incidental costs.
8.5 If the concert is postponed, rescheduled, cancelled or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond W Optics’ control, W Optics will not be liable for any resulting inconvenience, loss or expense.
9. Personal Data
9.1 By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants consent to W Optics collecting, using and processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prizes.
9.2 Where required, participants may also be asked to provide consent for W Optics to use photographs, videos, names or other content relating to the winner for campaign and promotional purposes.
9.3 Any collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be carried out in accordance with W Optics’ Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore laws.
10. Publicity
10.1 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that W Optics may request the winner to participate in reasonable publicity activities relating to the Lucky Draw, including photographs, videos, interviews or social media content.
10.2 Any use of the winner’s name, image or likeness for publicity purposes will be subject to the winner’s applicable consent and applicable law.
11. General Conditions
11.1 W Optics reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Lucky Draw or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
11.2 W Optics reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent, submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise deemed invalid.
11.3 W Optics shall not be responsible for any lost, delayed, incomplete or unsuccessful submissions, or for any technical failure that prevents participation in the Lucky Draw.
11.4 W Optics shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, cancellation or expense arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw or the use of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11.5 In the event of any dispute concerning the Lucky Draw, the decision of W Optics shall be final, subject to applicable law.
11.6 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
