EYE EXAMINATION & EYE-CHECK REQUIREMENT (CONTACT LENS)

Disposable contact lenses are medical devices in Singapore and patients are subjected to a mandatory eye examination according to the local regulation (Professional Practice Guideline for Optometrist E 4.1.2.) A mandatory eye examination with contact lens fitting required for all new contact lenses wearer irregardless existing or new customer of W OPTICS. To be done with our certified optometrist at any W OPTICS stores.

CUSTOMIZED ORDER ARE NOT REFUNDABLE NOR EXCHANGABLE (PRESCRIPTIVE LENSES)

All orders on prescriptive lenses eg. frame and lenses purchase, are not eligible for any exchange or refund once it is delivered, as it is a customized made to order item. Warranty is not applicable to sale items. We recommend self-collection in the store. Prescriptive lenses are medical devices in Singapore and patients are subjected to a mandatory eye examination according to the local regulation (Professional Practice Guideline for Optometrist E 4.1.2.)

A. My Account

To place an order, you will have to create an account. Follow these steps to get yourself registered. 1. Download W OPTICS app. 2. Open the app and select "Register". 3. Fill up your mobile number, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number for verfication. 2. Fill up the mandatory details in the next page. 3. A confirmation email will be sent to your email for verification. Now, you are all ready to start shopping. Happy Shopping!

B. My Order

You can track your online order status via W OPTICS mobile app under; Order. All online purchase takes 3-4 business days to be fulfilled. Business days refer to Mon-Fri only. Should there be any delay, the customer will be informed on the next business day after a purchase has been made. Online orders cut-off timing is at 3 pm daily. Orders coming in after 3 pm will be processed on the next business day. For online purchases with eye-check, the fulfillment period starts after the eye check is completed and the prescription is reaffirmed by the attending optometrist. For self-collection status will be updated to 'Ready for Collection' once the item reached the selected store. Please do not visit the store prior to the status update to avoid disappointment. Change of self-collection store request can only be approved if the item is not yet out for delivery. Delays in order fulfillment are expected for such requests. After 1 failed delivery attempt, you will have to collect it from a W OPTICS store. Amendment of your order is not available. Please refund the wrong order and make a new order again with the right selection for all required fields. Request for an Online Purchase refund can be done by the customer through the mobile app. If items are delivered, customers need to drop by the return at any W OPTICS store after initiating a refund online.
