How To Purchase Cash E-Voucher?

1. Please select 'Yes' in the eye check appointment field if you wish to book for an appointment to utilize the e-voucher, otherwise please select 'No'.

2. After purchasing the cash e-vouchers, you will receive a separate email consisting of a barcode(s) for the e-vouchers that you have purchased within 1 - 2 business days (excluding Sat, Sun & PH).

3. Should you have any questions about your purchase, please email us at online.shop@woptics.sg.

4. For corporate purchases, please email contactus@woptics.sg.

Cash E-Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. The value of this W Optics Cash voucher is denominated in Singapore Currency.

2. This W Optics Group Cash Voucher is only redeemable at W Optics physical stores in Singapore.

3. W Optics Group Cash Voucher may be used for purchases of a higher value, on payment of the difference.

4. Multiple W Optics Group Cash Vouchers may be used for the same transactions

5. No refund shall be given if the value of W Optics Cash Voucher presented exceeds the amount payable

6. W Optics Group Cash Voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable or non-redeemable for cash

7. The management's (The Excimer Centre Pte Ltd) decision in reject of any matter concerning this voucher is final and shall be binding on all customers.

8. The management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
