By registering or participating in this giveaway, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and the decisions of W OPTICS concerning and in connection with this Valentine’s Day giveaway.

1) One winner will be announced on 15 Feb 2024 with the following prizes

i) A pair of Tiffany’s Elsa Peretti bean design earrings in sterling silver worth $715

ii) A pair of Tiffany’s eyewear collection, frame, or sunglasses worth up to $600

2) Each person is only entitled to one entry to the giveaway draw and the winner will be selected at the management's sole discretion.

3) Participants must ensure that their email addresses and contact numbers are input correctly on their W OPTICS app account setting.

4) Participants will be auto-enrolled into the contest after completing the requirements.

5) The winner will be messaged on Instagram to confirm their email address and to verify the app download.

6) The winner shall be notified by phone at their phone number or by email at their email address as indicated in their W OPTICS app account within fourteen (14) calendar days of the draw date.

7) Prizes that are not redeemed within thirty (30) calendar days from the draw date will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. The participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from W OPTICS.

8) Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credits, or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. 

9) The winner of the contest shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the Prize, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the prize.

10) W OPTICS reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute any of the prizes with any other item of a similar value.

11) By participating in the lucky draw, all participants are deemed to have consented to:

i) the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her name, email address, and contact number for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law; and

ii) receiving promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from W OPTICS from time to time.

12) W OPTICS reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this lucky draw, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection of win, and the timing of any action to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
